4. Reservations

All reservations are subjected to availability. Any disability requiring special attention should be reported at the time of booking. MauritiusSightSeeing.com will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of the disabled tour participant. The person making the booking is responsible for making all members of his or her group aware of these conditions. It is to be noted that MauritiusSightSeeing.com does not display live availability for the various excursions featured on the website. All bookings will be confirmed by our customer service staff once a booking is made and as per the actual availability.

5. Booking

Once you have completed your payment, a Booking Confirmation will be sent by e-mail immediately after your card has been successfully processed. It is your duty to provide us with an accurate email address. Our Booking Confirmation e-mail will serve as proof of valid purchase and will contain relevant information about the purchase and particulars of the services concerned. Please read and check carefully all the information contained in your Booking Confirmation e-mail to ensure that it conforms to your reservation.

Booking for Specific Date – When choosing this order option, you will be asked to enter your preferred date for going on the activity as part of the order process. This option will entitle you to reserve and guarantee your place for this activity on a specific preferred time and date that suit you most. Please note that in case you order any activity which takes more than 1 day, the preferred date represents the date on which you would like to start the activity. You are required to print and or present via smart phone or tablet your Booking Confirmation upon arrival to each supplier, failure to do so could cause the supplier to charge you on the spot.

6. Pricing of MauritiusSightseeing.com

All prices on MauritiusSightSeeing.com are quoted per person and include VAT and all other taxes. Kindly refer to the product description for the price of each specific Attraction, Activity, Tour and Excursion. The prices for the activities on the website are in Euros. These specified prices may be subjected to special conditions, for example with regards to cancellation and the refunding of payments made. Before making the booking, please check precisely whether the respective service agreement is subject to separate conditions. Prices are based on the local tariffs offered by our suppliers. As we act only as an agent for our suppliers, we and our suppliers reserve the right to change, amend or correct prices shown on our site at any time before or after you have booked. Child rates are available for children based on the age definition specific to that product.

7. Excursions

Please note that indicated return times are according to normal road and weather conditions and may change if conditions are unfavourable.
